脑机接口是一项新兴的前沿技术,专门的“脑机接口伦理”正在形成过程中,用以指引和处理脑机接口伦理问题的共识性原则也正在摸索和提出的过程之中。鉴于脑机接口本质上是一种技术,所以技术伦理的一般原则可以为解决脑机接口的伦理问题提供较为切近的借鉴和参考。从目前具有共识性的关于技术的善用、责任、公正和代价这四项技术伦理原则中,可以形成从技术伦理走向脑机接口伦理的四个重要向度,并形成相互获益的效果。
Abstract:Brain-computer interface(BCI) is an emerging cutting-edge technology, and there is no ready-made consensus of “ethics of brain-computer interface” to provide guidance for solving the new ethical issues it brings. Since the brain-computer interface is essentially a technology, the general principles of the ethics of technology can provide a relatively close reference for solving the ethical issues of the brain-computer interface. The four principles of the ethics of technology that have consensus on the good use of technology, responsibility, fairness and cost, can form four important dimensions from the ethics of technology to the ethics of brain-computer interface, and form a effect of mutual benefit.
