脑机交互中的隐私问题和自主性风险

摘要:

脑机交互技术在飞速发展的同时带来了亟待关注的伦理风险。脑机交互过程中将会收集的大量脑神经数据,引发了隐私安全性问题。将计算机设备与大脑直接相连的技术图景引发了学界对于自主性风险的担忧。从脑机交互的技术原理和发展现状出发,可以具体分析评估两类风险的潜在危害程度,给出可能的解决对策,以期对相应伦理问题进行理性的分析和反思,为进一步完善相关技术伦理监管的具体措施提供理论参考。

Abstract:

The rapid development of brain-computer interface(BCI) technology raises pressing ethical issues. Large amounts of neural data will be produced and collected during brain-computer interaction, raising concerns about the security of privacy. Meanwhile, the idea of connecting computing devices directly to the human brain has also triggered worries regarding the risk of autonomy loss. Investigations into the mechanisms and status of state-of-the-art BCI technologies help to analyse and assess the potential degree of harm of both types of risk. Possible countermeasures and theoretical advices for further ethical regulation are suggested with a rational reflection on the ethical issues involved.
